• What are swirl marks?

  • Swirl marks are the result of poor car washing technique. This could be from the previous owner’s at home car wash habits, your friend’s “guy who does it cheaper”, or your subscription service to the local car wash. No matter the reason, these marks appear when dirt is dragged along the surface of your paint, causing very fine scratches. The marks cause your paint to look dull and lose clarity, reducing the overall look and resale value of the car. Fortunately, we have a solution - paint correction.

• Do you still offer mobile detailing?

  • At the moment mobile detailing is not being offered. However, we do offer pickup and delivery services. Contact us to learn more or book a pickup.

• How long does it take to detail my car?

  • The time it takes to detail a vehicle depends greatly on the size, level of soiling, and the services chosen. To get an accurate detail duration, please contact us to discuss your specific vehicle and services. 
     

• What is Ceramic Coating?

  • Ceramic coating is a long-term automotive paint treatment and protectant which is applied in liquid form and hardens to form a protective layer on top of your paint. 
    
    Typically comprised of silicon dioxide and often titanium dioxide as a hardening agent, it creates a chemical bond to the paint and creates an extremely hydrophobic surface. 
    
    These coatings help to protect your vehicle from blemishes and light damage, while making regular wash maintenance easier. When maintained correctly, some ceramic coatings can last more than 5 years before needing reapplication.

• How much to Ceramic coat my __________?

  • There are so many variables when it comes to Ceramic Coating a vehicle, making it very difficult to  have 'standard' pricing listed online. We invite you contact us to discuss the processes, options, and pricing. 
     

• Do I need to pay for paint correction before Ceramic Coating?

  • Paint correction is strongly suggested before applying a ceramic coating. Any ceramic coating applied by Aesthetic Detail Studio requires at least a fine machine polish prior to the ceramic coating. We do this to ensure the best possible outcome of the ceramic coating - skipping the paint correction step before a coating will result in a poor final product.

• Do you charge more for more expensive vehicles?

  • No, service pricing is not determined based on the value of the vehicle. Our services are priced based on the time and products required to get the job done properly. 
     

• Do you offer window tinting?

  • We do not offer window tinting services at the moment, but we partner with a company that we trust who will apply window tint at our facility. We will, however remove unwanted tint.
